Sani Pass is one of Southern Africa’s most legendary mountain passes, offering an exhilarating journey between South Africa and the Kingdom of Lesotho. This rugged and steep gravel road climbs from 1,544 meters (5,065 ft) to 2,876 meters (9,436 ft) above sea level, making it the highest mountain pass in South Africa.
