The Executive Governor of Yobe State, H.E. Hon. Mai Mala Buni FCIA, CON, COMN, has been committed to responding to the grievances of the people of Yobe State with urgency to show compassion and commitment to the administration of the state.
The governor has, since the beginning of his administration, emphasised his belief that there is no betrayal or abuse of the people in his political policies, stating that his ears and eyes are always open to respond to invitations wherever the state government is required to invest in the development of affairs.
“I have never betrayed anyone, and I did not come here to the Yobe State, where I was born, to betray you. I assure you that our government will take care of you because we will make the youth and the entire people of Yobe State proud in every sector.” Governor Buni Said
The governor also assured that no political agenda or attempt to compromise will stop his government from focusing on economic development, health, education and businesses.
"Our goal is to create a good society full of infrastructure and pride through improving education, health and business, and we are ready to provide diverse employment opportunities for the youth in many parts of Yobe State and improve our markets to the modern markets full of pride and prosperity." Governor Buni Added
The governor has given great importance to the health sector, education and business, as seen in the plan to provide emergency support and change the structure to improve the sectors.
Following up on the grievances of Potiskum Phone Centre vendors when they suffered a terrible loss is a sign that Governor Buni is committed to ensuring good governance in the business, agriculture and youth affairs sectors.
