Like a sting
From within,
Ripples abrading,
Gates opening
Back in the lane
I left unclean,
To veil in the feelings
Opportunities unclaimed.
He danced in our desires,
Future unthought.
We squeezed, we laughed,
And joked and smooched
In house, on bed,
Latching on the wall.
I flew, he moaned,
Pushing on the wall.
I covered, adjusted
Yellow sheets on my shorts.
Oh Randy! My Furry!
My name was Belling.
As swift as gazelle
I ran down the stairs.
“E me ka,” or something,
His name should have been.
As flustered as panicky,
We were both in it,
As trembling as squeaky,
Timid as a rabbit.
But smarty, I raked up
A lie to be told.
