Potiskum Local Government Area under the administration of His Excellency Hon. (Dr.) Mai Mala Buni FCIA, CON, COMN, has got modern market, trailer park and mechanical garage.
Potiskum Local Government is the commercial hub of Yobe State and a well-known local government in transportation and trailer sector across Africa, which has led the governor to undertake these important projects.
These projects will showcase the history of the local government in transport and commercial sectors, which will provide jobs to thousands of youths and improved their livelihoods, as they are the backbone of the community also it can help boost the economic growth of the local government and Yobe state as a whole.
The ___ Potiskum Modern Market and Ultra Modern Trailer Park will also modernize the commercial sector, strengthen the transport sector and reduce the congestion of trucks plying in the city in Potiskum Local Government Area.
The importance of this has a real impact on improving the quality of life of the community and reducing the threat of deterioration of the city's roads while safeguarding the lives of the community as a whole.
The provision of these facilities is among the promises made by the governor during his election campaign.
