THE MIRACLE CALLED JESUS
In the blushing Manger, Jesus was born;
the nightstar winked the magi like dawn.
Poor and unlearned shepherds,
without trumpets, his birth you heard.
If I only i can clip the fringe of his garment;
like whispers, miracle called: freed ailment.
Son of David, have mercy on me;
In a space of a wink, I saw with my eye.
Throw into the deep for a catch;
Full to the brim, we saw the nets detach.
We sailed to keep the torrents at bay;
Up from his sleep, the storm, quick to obey.
On the mount of calvary, we saw the story;
From the lips of death, came eternal glory.
Remember me lord, summon me to come;
Son, today you shall be, in my kingdom.
With eyes ravished by his love,
We see miracles that maths cannot solve.
In the desert, a thousand bread He gave us,
An awe of grace; The miracle called Jesus.
