Philippians 4:6-7

Do not be anxious about anything,
but in every situation, by prayer and petition,
with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding,
will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Peace is not the absence of storms.
It is His presence in them.

That last line hit me hard. "Peace is not the absence of storms, it's His presence in them." Been going through some stuff at work lately and honestly I keep forgetting that part. Like I'm so busy begging for the storm to stop I don't even stop to realize He's right there in the boat with me. Gonna sit with this one for a while.
