Nowadays, Glad Tiding Is Rare

nowadays,
good news is scarce,
in this scary surge
of bloody insurgent,
.
modern men are
belligerent; few only
are benevolent, even
ones religion adherent,
.
amidst global
predicaments, men
rising so violent, society
getting more decadent,
.
mushroom cloud won't
do us proud. bomb
blast in the crowd only
got men crying on loud.
.
I'm aghast for atomic
blasts. how long will it
last? for earth is ebbing
in constant nuclear casts,
.
nowadays, glad tidings
is rare; congress don't
care, the press is unfair,
fluorishing on the rim
of global fear,
.
editorials -in unbiased
native tabloids, daringly
husking the ills, savagely
imposed on our dystopic land.
