A Day in my Life.

Staring into the future
counting the days into glory
holding on by a string
trusting each step though wobbly
dying in anguish and sorrow
yet holding unto eternal joy
Alas no one must know
the cause of my sorrow
for they shall mock me all day
then I heard a loud voice saying
"Lock your hearts, wipe tears
smile bright,for the future is near
stay strong,head high,move on
forget the past for it is gone
focus on the future for it is to come
the past is the past they say
the future will always give way."
