Too old to be young,
Too youthful to be old.
Faithful to the comfort, and I let the dreams drown in it.
I hope you're happier, but it's just the opposite.
I fought every battle, and all was conquered.
I am the man who wages war against himself and never wins.
I am the one who looks stunning with a stupid smile.
Wailing over the thought of what could have been.
I am the one who's alive on the outside but rotten inside.
But you'll never know because I wear smiles better than perfumes.
You'll never know because I'm not sorry.
If you feel sorry you shouldn't worry,
I'm in such a hurry to heat up and fume.
Yet today, I'll be by your side smiling and coming closer.
Who knows if tomorrow will come?
