Nigerian Forest Security Service Potiskum local government area command commends Hon. Salisu Muktari for his encouragement in carrying out the task of providing security to the good people of Potiskum Local Government Area.
Hon. Salisu Muktari’s dedication to encouraging and creating good cooperation between the local government leadership and government securities, voluntary security personnel and other security agencies has led this Commission to commend him for his great efforts in encouraging them in the local government area.
DC Admin Sani Muhammad Kani confirmed that they commended the Yobe State Government for their cooperation and encouragement in ensuring security in the forests across the 17 local governments of the state and commended the Potiskum Local Government Area Chairman Hon. Salisu Muktari for inspiring them to work hard to preserve the environment and ensure security.
“We are very happy to have our own division in this local government, as the local government chairman has given us a unit in the old secretariat which he has revived to carry out our work in an orderly manner, we highly commend him” DC Mohammed Kani said
He then continued that “The Nigerian Forest Security Service will never forget the contribution that the Yobe State government has been giving to it at the state level because under the administration of His Excellency Governor H.E Hon. Mai Mala Buni CON, COMN, we have achieved many achievements which are all related to the contribution that His Excellency the governor has given to this institution.
“We have been working hard in many local governments to prevent problems that may affect our forests and environment and we will also work hard in Potiskum Local Government area because we are getting good care from the local government chairman, our cooperation and support from the local government will continue to give us the strength to overcome any form of damage across the local government.” DC Mohammed Kani Added
