Anabel here, and welcome back to MSB (My Story Blog)!

So, I was stuck tutoring Kenny, the class bully, in four subjects. I wasn't thrilled about it, but I had to make sure he passed, or he'd repeat grade 11.

Kenny said, "Hey, thanks for tutoring me, Anabel. I know I don't deserve it after all the pranks I pulled on you."

Me: "Just focus on studying, Kenny. We don't have much time."

Kenny said, "You're right. I'll try my best. But can I ask you something?"

Me: "What is it?"

Kenny said, "Why did you run away that night at my apartment? I thought we had a connection."

Me: "I don't know, Kenny. I just wasn't comfortable with the situation, okay?"

Kenny said, "Okay, I get it. But can I ask you another question?"

Me: "What is it?"

Kenny said, "Do you believe in love at first sight?"

Me: "No, I don't. I think it's just infatuation."

Kenny said, "I see. Well, I think I might be experiencing it right now."

Me: "Kenny, focus on your studies. We can talk about this later."

As we continued tutoring, I couldn't help but notice the way Kenny looked at me. It was like he genuinely cared about me, but I wasn't sure if I could trust him.

One day, Kenny said, "Anabel, can I take you out on a date? Just as friends, of course."

Me: "I don't know, Kenny. I'm not sure if that's a good idea."

Kenny said, "Come on, it'll be fun! We can get to know each other better."

Me: "Fine, but just as friends."

Kenny said, "I promise, just friends."

But as we went on the date, I couldn't help but feel a spark between us. Was I falling for the class bully?
