I don’t even know where to start from. The movie is so good, I got hooked at the first eight minutes of the movie. I feel like Jedidah is being judged because she has children from different tribes, knowing the story of someone before jumping into conclusion about them is very important.
As an author, I believe in making all fictional characters real enough for the readers to relate with and that’s what every of the actors in ‘A Tribe Called Judah’ did. They acted each of the characters like its them and that’s one of the beauties of acting or creative entertainment. Thank you, guys ❤️.
I can’t even pick which of the Judah boys are my favorite characters because every of the actors did justice to the characters. They acted excellently and I appreciate them for displaying their talents to us all. Emeka and Adamu, the level-headed, responsible ones. Pere lol, huncle fit thief person kidney as e dey talk to am. Shina, my favorite agbero 😊. Ejiro, huncle acted the annoying last-born part so well. I had tears in my eyes as I laughed 😂.
I love how Jedidah takes GOD as number one when she wakes up and she prays for her boys every time. They might not be the perfect sons but they are her children and she loves them equally. I love it.
But what spoke greatly to me in this movie is the love the five boys have for their mother. It’s cute🥹🥺. Amazing even, I love how they love their mum💕. Their main anthem ‘Don’t stress mum, mum mustn’t cry’. I love it❤️. Although, their approach to do something about their mum’s health was not the best or even the wise thing to do but they love their mother so much to do anything to protect, provide and make sure she’s okay and happy.
Funke Akindele really outdid herself in this movie, I’m so excited for the next movie she has for us. GOD really blessed us with an entertainer like her.
Cheers to more 🥂.
I went to Silverbird cinema btw.
