Most Times

It's never easy to leave your comfort zone to go to a completely different place where you have to start after.
Most times, these immigrants are given the wrong information, Sold the most beautiful Hollywood dreams, wherein they are told the most wonderful things about going to Abroad.
This is why majority of them go to extreme lengths to see them go for it. Some are being told how if they can reach abroad, that money is so easy to make as jobs abound. Leading them to go at all costs and even going as far as selling everything they have, because after all, it's a penny compared to the greater fortune that lies ahead.
These dreams are completely shattered when they reach to find out that the grass isn't greener and even stand at the mercy of being deported, homeless or seeking asylum.
A once comfortable rich man is now lurking around the streets for the smallest crumbs he can find because it's his only means of survival as he is faced with either this or starving to death.
The streams of regret flow, how much more those who came their families.
You watch their faces as you're rendered helpless. What was a happy dream has turned out to be the devil's nightmare.
You are left fighting for how to eat , survive and contending with the freezing temperatures as you are left out in the cold.
My thoughts are , if this would be broadcast more in the media and talked about so that those who are still here in Africa can learn from it.
The probability of those who make it is very low, so it's safe to say it's not worth it.
I would always say, if there is a chance to save one soul, it's worth fighting for.
