"To move is to be alive,
It's a force that can't be denied.
We're always on the go,
We never want to be slow.
But sometimes we forget,
That stillness is its own gift.
Without the time to rest,
Our minds and bodies are put to the test.
So take a moment, just be still,
You'll find that life's more wonderful when you're fulfilled."
