The truth is, trauma hits us in different ways and it's even possible you've had a traumatic experience that's shaping how you react to certain things without you even knowing it. It could be as simple as not being able to jump over a gutter like Olumurwa or an unexplainable fear of sharp objects or fire. What about high school trauma?
