MEN ALSO CRY

Growing up as a kid he was groomed to live like a man, a kid living a man's life

He was told when beaten, bruised and battered, hey john, why cry? You are a man, you are not supposed to cry

He was taught how to hunt as a kid. He was told that the woman is a prey that the man is the hunter

He was told that the man is the bread winner and must always provide for the woman

All grown up now he is a man with responsibility and great expectations.

Pressures mounting like a mountain and heaping up heaps of heaviness on his shoulders.

Frustration sets in and mental stress saturates his entirety. He wakes up intermittently overnight thinking and brooding over his pain.

He cries and shed tears inwards. He is afraid and ashamed to cry out because of how people will see him and what people would say. His inward tears build up, become an ocean and implode.

Men also cry and women should understand that he is also human with emotions.
