The executive governor of Yobe state H.E Hon. Mai Mala Buni FCIA, CON, COMN, has pledged to make farmers’ dreams come true by distributing modern tractors to YOSADP Zonal Offices in Yobe State's Local Government Areas.
The governor pledged to create a sound agricultural and livestock system and empower farmers to produce food security and combat food insecurity across the state, also to ease the cost of food for the good people of the state.
The governor already provided farmers with an empowerment last year, which is considered as the first and most effective empowerment in Africa, as it is worth billions of naira, which will greatly help to modernize and facilitate the agricultural sector.
Governor Buni has vowed to transform agriculture from a craft to a profitable and efficient business to improve the lives of Yobe residents and create jobs for them in his bid to combat unemployment and provide the good people of Yobe with good and quality food.
Governor Buni has excelled in transforming many sectors to improve lives and improve governance across Yobe State.
