Love me from Afar

Our families are against our union.
The don't want us to be together.
And for that reason, everyday I cry like I'm cutting onions.
Let's elope, I'd be happy with you wherever.

It's so hard to see you these days.
I guess our families are winning this.
I really wish you didn't care what everyone says.
I just want live with you happily in peace.

It's so hard having to love you from afar.
But I guess there's nothing we can do about it, anyways.
And since there's nothing we can do about this matter.
You'd get to know how hard it's been for me, when we go our separate ways.

If you truly love me, it'd be hard for you to love me from afar.
Or perhaps we should just forget about each other, since our love is not on par.
Just know that my love for you has always been true.
I love you so much, I'd really miss you.
