The movie “Seven Doors” by Femi Adebayo is a Nigerian movie that dives into critical phases of Nigerian ethnic group; Yoruba to be precise. It pictures the unification of ethnic groups, love, priority, patriotism, evil deeds, relationship, corruption and mostly revolves on an inheritance of ancestral guilt.
It happens to be the first movie to be produced in Nigeria, whereby an Igbo woman deeply loves a Yoruba man and still maintaining and survived despite the obstacles which she's directed upon her. Likewise, the king, who dives into many difficulties in order to secure his kingdom from Esusu, a deity.
In the movie, also, the audience is exposed to contradictory scenes where many of the chiefs in the movie do go against the king's will and slightly committing an evil and corrupted deeds.
Strictly speaking, the movie is a must to watch for every individual both in and outside Nigeria, whether you are a teacher, a lawyer, a vendor, a digital marketer or a government personnel. Watching the movie will definitely bring unity and love within your household and the people in your circle and community. What motivates me most in that movie is that whatever obstacle you are facing, you will later or sooner conquer it if you don't relent.
