Life may not be what you expected, but there is a reason you have life
For all of the pain and affliction you have endured in your life
don't let it have prestige over you
Take hold of yourself and your life
We are in the presence of a recession, tornados, hurricanes, and floods
It may have taken something from you, but not everything
Take the strength left in you and strive for survival
Life is a blinded shield
With no cover
Spreading agony
The world in which we live
Unleashes nothing but bitterness
The malicious finds people who are weakened To strike a deadly blow
And tear down their happiness
You have to find cheerfulness
Look within yourself
And ask who you are
And what you want
Your guidance is inside you
Spread your wings and soar
Because there's no giving in
Who are these people to cast judgment upon you?
They're not almighty, no not one
God is the only almighty, Alpha, and Omega
