Today you have it all figured out
Everything seems to come easily
You're happy, excited about the future
You don't want it to end
Today nothing seems to go as planned
Everything seems upside down
You're confused, the future seems bleak
You just want it to end
Today you are young and free
Troubles and anxiety are strange words
You smile, laugh, and forgive easily
You're satisfied in your own bubble
Today you are confused
Wondering what's happening to you
You feel angry, awkward, depressed, alone
You can't wait to grow up
Today you are all grown
Life hasn't been what you envisaged
You're tired, stressed and sleep-deprived
You long for your childhood days
Today you're wrinkled and feeble
Life has another meaning to you
You depend on others for almost everything
You can't wait for it all to end
