The executive governor of Yobe State, H.E. Hon. Mai Mala Buni FCIA, CON, COMN, has completed the Jajere-Danchua road, a road that will contribute significantly to economic growth and facilitate agricultural trade and other businesses.
In Governor Buni's drive to provide good access roads to all 178 wards under the 17 local government areas of Yobe State, Governor Buni has completed the construction of this road that will connect several wards, facilitate transportation, economic activities and improve health facilities for the rural communities.
The road connecting Jajere to Danchua is a very important and historic road that has been in use for a century without being improved, rebuilt or renovated.
Following the efforts of Governor Buni to facilitate the residents of these areas by providing and improving the road that connects the Jajere districts to the Potiskum local government area, the commercial hub of Yobe state.
The road will also connect the different communities living in the villages and towns of the state, where it will provide easy and efficient import and export of agricultural products because the area is historically rich in agriculture and livestock.
The governor, as he vowed to transform and improve the lives of the good people of Yobe State, has also continued to develop suitable areas to facilitate the lives of the people and protect their lives and properties.
Governor Buni is committed to ensuring quality roads and the construction of new 178 roads across Yobe State.
