No penny no proceeding!
But what if mama has none?
Poor mama you'll die on the queue

We only deal with receipts first!

Get out and find one!
Excuse me mama!
Hundred pence for consultation?
Two receipts you must have
But what if mama has none?
How much do you have!
We don't deal with empty hands!
Excuse me mama!
Thousand pence for lab tests!
But sir its a government hospital!
Excuse me mama!
County hospitals are not free!
Until you pay you'll die
Excuse me mama!
Two thousand pence for prescription?
But mama is poor!
Hahaha!
The poor will surely die
There's nothing free!
