But what if mama has none?

Hundred pence for consultation?
Two receipts you must have
But what if mama has none?
How much do you have!
We don't deal with empty hands!
Excuse me mama!
Thousand pence for lab tests!
But sir its a government hospital!
Excuse me mama!
County hospitals are not free!
Until you pay you'll die
Excuse me mama!
Two thousand pence for prescription?
But mama is poor!
Hahaha!
The poor will surely die
