Hello my Essayists!
Writing is a diverse path and so, it's not just about the fiction and nonfiction writers.
Essayists are also important part of the cake and it wouldn't be complete without you.
Is an essayist a Writer? Of course!
So, what tip have I brought for you today? An amazing one, if you ask me 😊.
It would make you understand how you can take flight, when next you want to write that essay.
Let's get to it then!
-----------------------------------
What is good essay without an introduction?
The introduction is usually the first paragraph of your essay and shouldn't be more than a few lines, depending on the word count needed.
I'm saying that because you may be required to write an essay of just 240-450 words and you shouldn't spend 100 or more words, in your introduction, forgetting the body of your work and the conclusion.
So, now that it's clear, can we talk about the perfect way to begin your essay, warming it up, for the brilliant writing you're about to unravel.
Just so you know, an essay is not considered brilliant if the introduction is bad. You might not even get someone patient enough to read your your essay, all the way to the end.
Now, I know you're itching to know, how best to start.
Well, I believe with the topic of your essay, it'll give you an idea of what to write about.
But as an highlight and a way to key in your points, you can integrate quotes in your essay.
Does that sound interesting? I know, right?
Integrate quotes and please when you do, give credit to the owner. Then please, make use of the quotation marks (" ') at the beginning and end of the quote.
You don't have to fill your introduction with quotes. One is enough!
