Governor Buni has confirmed his campaign promises to the Potiskum LGA community by providing a new modern market and the best and most effective trailer park in Africa.

Potiskum Local Government is a very influential and powerful local government in the business sector in the northeast of Nigeria and the most effective business hub in Yobe State the provision of a modern market will modernize business activities and improve the buying and selling process.

Also, the creation of the newly constructed modern market will facilitate a wide range of businesses by providing the local government with a wide range of customers from different parts of the world, Africa, and Nigeria.

Potiskum Local Government Area is also a hub for the trailer industry, which has had an impact on the transportation sector not only in Nigeria or the northeast of Nigeria but also in the entire African continent.

Governor Buni’s plan to establish a large trailer park with the best quality road infrastructure in Africa will boost the transportation sector, improve the immigration system, and create jobs for thousands of people in Potiskum, Yobe, and Nigeria as a whole.

The governor had previously confirmed that he intended to establish this largest trailer park in the Potiskum Local Government Area following the impact the local government has had on the ownership of trailers across Nigeria and Africa as a whole.

"Potiskum Local Government Area being a hub for trade and a wealth of trucks, we have taken the initiative to provide a large, quality trailer park that is second to none.

"We know that wherever Potiskum is called, it is said that the local government area that excels in the wealth of trailers, in Lagos, if you called Potiskum, it is said that Potiskum Local Government Area is a wealth of trailers. Therefore, we will improve the transportation sector by providing them with this trailer park." Said Governor Buni
