If I could write you a poem,..
I’d write a poem that expresses my feelings just right,
The words of my heart that comes through my hands.
A poem that truly phantoms you.

If I could write you a poem..
I’d sketch your picture through my words
I’d capture the depth of your soul,
Like sunshine breaking through rain,
Radiant and warm,
Erasing sorrow, healing all pain.

If I could write you a poem,
I’d describe the music that Is your voice
My lullaby and soft choice,
I’d pen verses of your laughter
You’ll echo through every line

If I could write you a poem,
I’d compare you to the stars above,
Infinite and beyond compare,
A love destined to forever be.

If only I could, I would…
Write you a love poem until the end of space and time.
