I am your health. When we’re in good terms, we are strong; but lately, we’re breaking apart, climate change is tearing us asunder.
I try to uplift your mood, but toxic fumes pull us under. Honestly, I don’t know if the weather is on our side— coz your climate has changed.
We’re full of anxiety, drowning in depression—Now climate grief blooms like a dark flower, leaving scars and stigma. For all the profits we chase, we’re left with displacement & loss.
These climate change flaws left us tangled, like teeth without dental floss. Warmer temperatures bring diseases that don’t fall with the seasons; Mosquitoes are thriving coz now malaria is the prophet of doom.
I am your health, despite the depths I have made you reach, they say am poor, poor me—climate change brings more diseases borne on water and waste, and pollution gives birth to resistance now even microbes knows we're wasted
I am your health, and climate change steals my breath away, air quality falls, asthma rises, love isn’t in the air, only the weight of pollen and pollution.my health polluted
This change burdens my heart, adding heat stress, causing strokes and heart attacks.
My blood vessels are strained, my efforts all in vein. I tire under pressure coz; my blood fights me.
Even my diet suffers. As temperatures rise, crop yields fall, nutrient quality drops. Food insecurity grows, and food prices hike—a bitter harvest.
Now we harvest what we saw and climate change is the last picture we saw
Dear self, we need more than imagination—we need our nations. Without adaptation and mitigation, we lose cooperation.
If we can combat climate change, we save ourselves, for health and climate are connected. I am your health—protect me, and together, we rise
