How you can release STRESS by Journaling

Journaling is so much fun not only is it a therapist that doesn't talk back but it's OK to repeat stuff and add more to what you previously wrote down.

This is how I release my emotions, thoughts and ideas on a private notebook that I update once in a while.
Journaling can help you release emotions, stress, and writing down ideas that you can later come back to, and reflect on.
I don't have a therapist, nor do I think I need one, but l'd like one. For free I can write down on paper how I feel without holding back. The hack is that I can always come back to whatever I write and add more instead of just talking and moving on from it.
Writing down what I do in the day let's me look back at the week and see when I did a certain thing instead of going crazy thinking I did it a week ago when I truly did it on Monday and it's Thursday
Investing in a good notebook l can be so fun especially if you decorate it so it's more approachable and less intimidating. The less you make it feel like work, the easier.
Sketch, doodle, describe even what your wore the day for it be more memorable. The notebook is you talking to it remember that, don't over think it.
Did you know most of the stuff you write down can manifest itself on its own because you're documenting you ideas and hopes instead of just thinking of them.
As weeks go by you can read back on how you would see certain things, thoughts on certain situations, and perhaps see how much you've grown from your own experiences.
It truly is a personal hobby to just journal about yourself. It builds confidence since your emotions don't just go out the window when you write. It's all you, no one else, no one else's opinion 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
