The executive chairman of Potiskum local government area, Hon. Salisu Muktari, visited the Potiskum pavilion at the 46th Kaduna International Trade Fair he also went down to see locally manufactured machines manufactured by Potiskum LGA.

The executive chairman also went to the Yobe State pavilions hall to witness what is happening where he headed to the Potiskum Local Government Pavilion, before later rushing to the locally manufactured machines provided by the Agric department of the local government area.

The Potiskum Local Government area locally manufactured machines are include: groundnut oil extraction machine, an electric stove, a grading machine, and a mini-thresher.

He then commended the representatives of Potiskum Local Government and the Agric department for their great efforts in ensuring a smooth running of the conference.

"I appreciate your hard work and your efforts in organising this event. You have showcased all the agricultural resources we have. The most impressive thing is that you have shown the world the innovative and progressive agricultural system we have in our Potiskum local government area by bringing these machines that are all made in Potiskum local government area, this is a source of pride for us and Yobe State as a whole." Hon. Salisu Muktari Said
