The executive chairman of Potiskum local government area Hon. Salisu Muktari is committed to providing development projects and reviving government assets in Potiskum local government area.
The fact that the disposal of government property has been abandoned due to the carelessness that has been done to it in the past years, which has resulted in the destruction of the environment and the pollution of the roads that the government has left for the traffic of the community and vehicles.
The chairman started taking measures from health and transportation by reviving and providing new mass transit vehicles, renewing and renovating local government houses, reviving the government lodge, interlocking, fencing, and providing water supply in the local government secretariat.
The Potiskum community praised him for providing good services and providing care in the health sector. Mal. Usman Bala, a resident of Nahuta in Potiskum, said:
