The executive chairman of the Potiskum local government area, Hon. Salisu Muktari, condoled with the GGSTC Potiskum school board, parents of students, and the community of Potiskum LGA over the collapse of a building that resulted in the death of a student and many injuries.
The local government chairman expressed grief over the tragedy that befell students, the school board, and the community at large, calling for the community of the local government to be consoled.
"Innalillahi wa Inna ilaihi rajee un, this sad news that has reached us today is a source of sorrow for us and the entire community of Potiskum local government area. I offer my condolences to the family of the student who died, and I extend my condolences to the school board and the entire community of Potiskum local government area.
"As the chairman of Potiskum local government area, I pray to God to grant health to those who were injured, prevent this incident from happening again in the future, and ease the suffering of all those affected." Hon. Salisu Muktari said
