The executive chairman of Potiskum local government area, Hon. Salisu Muktari, commends Sen. Ibrahim Mohammad Bomai, representing Yobe South Senatorial District, for supporting Islamic scholars and less privileged people across Zone-B.
The chairman said this shows how the senator is trying to reach out to everyone and every sector to improve the lives of the good people he is representing and expressed his great joy at how the senator is supporting health, education and lots more.
"I would like to take this opportunity to commend the efforts of Sen. Ibrahim Mohammad Bomai for supporting our religious scholars and almajiri as he shows mercy and incorporates the religious aspect into his constituency work.
"As the rainy season and the cold season are approaching, the provision of blankets and mats to the tsangayas of Yobe South Senatorial District will greatly help improve the lives of religious scholars and their almajiri.
"What Sen. Ibrahim Mohammad Bomai has done is commendable and is a service to the religion of Allah, which will greatly help in providing these people with a sustainable solutions." Said Hon. Salisu Muktari
This follows the senator's efforts to improve the lives of Islamic scholars and almajiri across the region he is representing, which is not the first time he has provided a good system to help the religious scholars.
The senator was very passionate about building the towns of Potiskum, Nangere, Fika and Fune, where he became a star that the people of the region saw as having saved them from the bad representation of the past.
