Praised him for this great effort at a time when the community is in dire need.
The executive chairman of Potiskum local government area, Hon. Salisu Muktari, commends Sen. Ibrahim Mohammad Bomai for supporting people living with disabilities and vulnerables with food items and non-food items across 4 local government areas of Zone B.
The chairman confirmed that this initiative will greatly help in reducing the suffering and poverty to the good people of the region, especially the disabled and the weak, because they are the ones who are in special need.
Sen. Ibrahim Mohammad Bomai has supported the PWDs and Vulnerables with up to 2000 bags of rice along with cash gifts to facilitate management.
The executive chairman, Hon. Salisu Muktari Said:
"What people really need now is good representation because only with good representation will people see right and get the benefits of democracy directly from their representatives.
"If we look back, the people of southern Yobe state have had good representative under Sen. Ibrahim Mohammad Bomai.
"Our region has been saved by many effective ways, We have got many modern e-libraries in the southern part of Yobe state under him, We have got schools and hospitals that will greatly help us a lot in building our lives."
He also said that providing direct support to the people of southern Yobe state is a new thing that people see as a system that will help a lot in the development and improvement of society.
"Certainly, providing direct support by Sen. Ibrahim Mohammad Bomai will help to improve the society and reduce the poverty that our people are suffering from as a result of the economic crisis that is being experienced in the country as a whole.
