… Everything looked better, cleaner and more intentional. On the outside, nothing had changed. The content still spoke about God. It still sounded right.
But later that night when Christian opened his Spirit-Interface. He didn’t know why he felt the need to check, but something in him wanted to see.
He scrolled to his recent uploads. They were there but they didn’t look the same.
Before, his posts had carried a kind of quiet glow, raw and warm, like firewood just catching flame. Now, they looked different. Smooth. Refined. Almost too perfect. Like furniture that had been polished so many times that you could no longer see the natural lines in the wood.
Beautiful but distant.
