... Yobe State has achieved significant achievements that have transformed the landscape of security, agriculture, health, education, and economic development.

Today, May 29th, 2025, Governor Buni is completing six very fruitful years in office, years that have impacted the lives of the good people of Yobe in terms of bringing about changes in the areas of security, health, education, agriculture, and economic development policies in Yobe State.

Yobe State has faced a severe setback for over ten years of Boko Haram insurgency, which has resulted in the destruction of various sectors that have led to a severe setback in the lives of the good people of Yobe State in terms of the development of the state and its overall economic growth.

The state has begun to benefit from the return of peace, the revival of education and health, and the establishment of economic growth paths since the swearing-in of the Honorable Governor Hon. Mai Mala Buni FCIA CON COMN as the executive governor of the state in 2019.

The impact of his policies, which include the imposition of a state of emergency on education, the creation of direct channels of communication with all types of security agencies, and policies that will improve agriculture and livestock to stabilize the economy of Yobe, is that we're now on the verge of survival.

Despite the fact that there has been a gap of over ten years of great hardship and challenges, which has created a wide gap between Yobe State and other states in the areas of development, including security, agriculture, education, health, and other means of economic development.

In the six years of Governor Buni, Yobe State has now transformed, closing the gap of ten years it has experienced following his commitment to ensuring the quality of affairs and bringing about changes that have adapted to the times and the lives of the good people of Yobe State in the areas of security, health, education, and the economy.

The impact of Governor Buni's six years in office has been to improve agriculture, livestock, and security and create a strong economy that is being called an investment for the future of the Yobe community.
