Governor Buni approved the employment of 205 Nurses, midwives and additional 219 health workers

Yobe state government under the leadership of H.E Hon. Mai Mala Buni CON has approved the employment of 424 new health workers in order to develop and improve the health sector across the state.
In a statement published by the governor's spokesperson on his Facebook page, he confirmed that the governor approved the appointment of 205 nurses and midwives who graduated from Shehu Sule College of Nursing and Midwifery in the state.
He also said the Governor has approved the recruitment of additional 219 health workers who are experts in various fields to provide solutions and modern skills to the state's hospitals.
He also confirmed that the newly recruited health workers will be sent to rural and urban areas to provide better services to the people across the state.
This follows Governor Buni's efforts to provide a system of delivering good health care to the public easily under his administration.
Governor Buni urged the new employees to use their skills and courage to provide the people of Yobe state with effective systems and solutions in the health sector, as the government give them the job to continue and improve health sector in the state.
