Here it goes! GINGER
One herb I would always include in my diet. It simply makes me feel awesome, energetic and rejuvenated.
Scientifically called Zingiber Officinale, ginger root is the root of its flowering plant which means it grows underneath the soil while it's blade-like leaves grow above the earth.
It has been used for ages as a spice, folk medicine and dietary supplement. Common among the Asians and in the same family with the turmeric, ginger has exceptional benefits and a unique taste.
