For me, it's got to be Khan Academy. I used it to finally get comfortable with math after struggling with it my whole life. I'm in my 30s and work in a trade, so I never thought I'd need algebra or geometry again, but I started a small side business doing custom woodworking and realized I needed to calculate angles and materials better. I went through their entire Algebra I course over a few months, just watching videos at night on my phone while my wife watched TV. The way they break everything down step by step, with practice problems that give you immediate feedback, makes it feel less intimidating. No sign-ups, no ads, just solid lessons from basic arithmetic up to calculus. I'm not saying I'm a math whiz now, but I can actually measure out a compound miter cut without guessing. It's free, it's thorough, and it's helped me earn extra money on the side. I'd recommend it to anyone who ever felt like they were "bad at math" in school.

Dude this is so relatable. I'm 42 and I literally pulled up Khan Academy last week to figure out why my retaining wall was leaning weird. Turns out I was terrible at estimating slope angles lol. Never thought I'd use geometry after high school but here we are. Glad it's working for your woodworking business, that's awesome.
