Finding Peace

Over the years, I've learned to see
The power of peace in chaos' sea
Challenges sweep like floods so strong
Drenching, consuming, all day long

Anxiety breaks free, fear takes its toll
Fear, tension, pressure, working all to unfold
But I've come to realize, in trials and tests
That peace is often the greatest rest

Panic amplifies problems, and make them seem grand
Even tiny issues, blown out of hand
But when peace descends, we see the truth
A problem small, not worth our youth

Peace brings clarity, calm, and might
A powerful antidote to life's plight
It helps us see, with clearer eyes
And navigate life's challenges, with peaceful sighs.

Most times peace is what we need.
