Hello Kenyan Neighbors,

One city on my timeline in this journey to discover Africa is the Kenyan Capital, Nairobi. It is situated in South-Central Kenya and 140 Kilometers south of the Equator.

Being the most Populous city in East Africa with growing population of abour 4 million, Nairobi is surrounded by plains, cliffs and forest that fold up into the city’s Nairobi National Park.

===>> Toursism in Nairobi

This city boasts of the beautiful locations laced with nature and spread across the Safari. Travel agencies, tour operators, airline stations have made this city one of the most visited in Africa as it connects Africa to the other parts of the world.

If you'll love to take vacation to relax, I'd love you to also tour around:

1. Nairobi National Park
2. Nairobi Safari Walk
3. Giraffe Centre
4. David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust
5. Karura forest
6. Mamba Village
7. Bomas of Kenya
8. Nairobi National Museum
9. Nairobi Snake Park and Botanic garden
10. Karen Blixen Museum
11. Railway Museum
12. Nairobi Gallery
13. Kenya National Archives
14. Nairobi Arboretum
15. Oloolua Nature trail
16. Uhuru Park, Central Park, Uhuru Gardens, Michuki Park and City Park
17. Kazuri Beads
18. Godown Arts Centre, historical monuments and buildings among others.

A visit to any of these locations will provide you with a feel of the old but renewed and new. You'll love and appreciate how nature gracefully blended into modernization.

The view of flying birds, animals in the wild, boat rides, the cool breeze streaming from tall forest trees, diversity of flora and fauna, and the warm feel the sun brings to the Green City.

Night Life

Amazingly, this city never sleeps. The night scene is often social buzzing with a wide variety of entertainment joints from hotels, restaurants, trendy clubs, music, dances, food and drinks, movies, cinemas and theatres, gaming and casinos, and festivals and concerts etc.

Don't forget to stop by at the Gikomba Market and the Massai market to shop for groceries, clothes, jewelleries and all that you will need.

When travelling out or into the country, don't forget to stop-by at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and Wilson Airports.

It's Day 22 of #DiscoverAfrica and #VisitAfrica writing experience.
