Exfoliating and Brightening Recipe for the Skin

Day 24 - Exfoliate and get a brighter skin tone.
Try these simple recipes
1. Combine 3-4 tbsp of used coffee grounds with 5 tbsp olive oil and 5 tbsp honey. Gently massage into damp skin (ideal for a coffee-infused morning shower) before rinsing with warm water to reveal the glow. Store any remaining scrub in a jar in the fridge and use around once a week.
2. Oatmeal and Honey Scrub: Mix 2 tablespoons of ground oats with 1 tablespoon of honey and apply to your skin in circular motions. Rinse off after 5-10 minutes.
3. Papaya Mask: Mash a ripe papaya and apply it to your skin. Papaya contains an enzyme called papain which can help exfoliate and brighten skin.
4. Lemon and Sugar Scrub: Mix the juice of 1 lemon with 1/4 cup of sugar and apply to your skin in circular motions.
5.Turmeric Body Scrub Recipe for Glowing Skin
1/2 cup fine sugar (or salt)
1 tablespoon turmeric powder.
1/4 cup melted coconut oil.
3 drops of essential oil (optional)
