Erica is dark skinned, slim and has a smile that electrifies everyone. She is an introvert and very few gave her attention in the neighborhood.
She knew not herself so much and barely could recognise what people thought of her.
Some mocked her calling her names like alaini, occult, Eni ti ori e ope, a sick person. Others say she might have done something wrong that is why she could not find a mate.
After going through a lot of difficulties and challenges for some years. She was rendered incapable and unable to achieve her goals. Unfortunately, she was unable to search for her mate.
Her failures and challenges were assumed to be from the underworld. While some say jealousy around her, witch act and the occult causing her mood disorders and terrible brain damage.
Life threatening experiences during a fruitful years when she is to develop good relationships and habits besides others.
This left her shallow and empty amidst other young ladies. They moved while she remained stagnant. She was viewed as ailing and whenever she asked, the reply did not make her happy.
She struggled with loneliness and was impoverished, reducing her to nothing. Even her neighbors could see what she was going through.
They felt pity for her while she felt embarrassed by her loved ones and relatives. Friends barely could comfort her. They do not know what to tell her or what they could do to help her stand up.
Erica fell into episodes of depression which made her sad. Sometimes she cries alone. Waiting and hoping that she will be well one day.
Everyone seemed satisfied around her while she was not. They could get whatever they wanted. To Erica, it was as if her parents were neglecting her, making others cruel to her. Incapable she becomes to handle her own and responsibility.
What could be done to help Erica stand up in the community? Some has thought of her wrongly believing she should engage in social vices when she is already approaching a childbearing age. How could you tell a female to indulge in wrong conduct and others females will not be affected in the community?
What happened to Erica? Was she being Trafficked or kidnapped?
She perceived hope but there was an obstacle interrupting her almost all the time.
Erica was not alone. But had communication issues.
Many thought of her as having a mate and were anticipating her marriage while others were evil and wanted to ruin her life and future right inside her home. And her family were not aware they believe it was an Ailment and would usually seek for a remedy.
Some would bring traditional herbs from traditional healers and then they insured her health in good hospitals whenever she feels sick. She could consult a doctor for help.
Maybe she was held bound not to make it. Insecurities grip her secretly and no one believes her.
They wanted to take the space of her loved one and family. Claiming she has been cared for better than themselves.
Also asserting that her inheritance belongs to them.
They threatening her ignorantly, manipulating her like someone who cannot live right and do things the right way.
Amidist others, secretly plotting evil around and telling Erica not to behave well to anyone.
They irritated and told her that they thought people irritate to live, love and make a living. What kind of spirit wanted to operate in Erica's life?
The greatest creator is our strength and hope.
