She Deserved to Live

She had dreams, a life to lead,
A heart full of love, a soul to feed.
But they took it all, they didn’t care,
Left her story unfinished, her future bare.

Not because she hurt or did them wrong,
But just because she didn’t belong.
In their world of hate, their twisted view,
They took her life like it meant so few.

This isn’t okay, this shouldn’t be,
Every woman deserves to live free.
It’s time we spoke, it’s time we fight,
To make the world safe, to make it right.

Let’s break the silence, end the pain,
So no one suffers this hurt again.
She deserved to live, to love, to grow—
Not to be a name we mourn and know.
