There was a time I almost walked away. A time I told myself, maybe this isn't meant for me. It wasn’t because I stopped loving the dream—it was because the weight of it became too much to carry.

You know that feeling, don’t you? When the world makes you doubt yourself. When people you love look at you with tired eyes, asking when you’ll choose something “real.” When failure starts to feel like your shadow, following you everywhere.

So you decide to let go. Maybe you tell yourself that dreams are for people luckier than you. Maybe you convince yourself that you were foolish to believe in something so big.

But here’s the thing: Dreams don’t die just because you try to bury them.

They echo.

Even when you walk away, they follow. In the silence of the night, in the moments when you're alone, in the sudden pang of regret when you see someone else living the life you once imagined for yourself.

You hear them in old songs that once fueled you. In the way your heart still beats a little faster when you think about what could have been. In the way life feels incomplete, even when you try to convince yourself you’re fine.

Because the truth is, if something was truly planted in you, if a dream was meant for you, it will never leave. It will whisper to you, call you, haunt you until you face it again.

So maybe the real question isn’t “Is my dream still possible?” but “How long will I keep running from it?”

You don’t have to have all the answers. You don’t have to know exactly how it will happen. But you owe it to yourself to stop pretending you don’t hear it.

Because dreams don’t die.

They wait.

And the only thing louder than their echo will be the sound of your regret if you never answer them..
