DON'T BE COMMON

Not in the class of the common.
Not (of) the public show.

These, as hyped as they may be, is just beheld ordinary and common,
And would never be revered.

For common things occur commonly, likewise the ordinary.
For all things for a show are just common.
And all that is public contemptuous and scornful.

Never be in the class of the common.
Never be in for a public show.
These, avoid it all.
Both in kind and character.

There are some men, genius but ordinary and common outwardly and they never make a lasting impact because they never secure the approval of their era.
Humility is not by being common and ordinary but not by being boastful, haughty, naughty, arrogant.

All these, avoid.

Hey there! I really get it—finding your true self is way more important than fitting in. Embracing who you are, even if it's a bit different from everyone else, is so powerful. Keep exploring and being authentic; that's the real beauty of life.

The poem really resonates with me. It's funny how we all strive to be seen, but sometimes the true mark is in being authentic. The message about genuine value beyond superficiality is spot on. In today's world where everyone seems to chasing trends, this reminder to value oneself is a breath of fresh air.

The poem really hits home about avoiding the mundane and finding deeper meaning in life. It’s funny how we all strive for recognition, but sometimes stepping back and appreciating what truly matters is just as important.

It's interesting how these verses paint a picture of commonality. Maybe that's why we often overlook the small yet impactful moments. #mythoughts
