For the days we pleaded to let them out
For the days we silently prayed to be heard without speaking
For the days we sat with an entire crowd but saw no one but us
For the days we held the whole world to prevent them from falling yet we fell a million times and no one thought to catch us
For the days we stayed mute because we were too scared to speak
I hope when the sun finally shines, it shines so bright that all those rainy days becomes nothing but one of those seasons-drops we needed for our flowers to blossom so beautifully.
