Good day, my dear readership!
It's indeed been a long journey trying to find #LostWellnessArt. However, today makes it the very last day (on paper) on this journey.
Just as you've known and seen from previous days that it's a beautiful thing for the #LostBeautyArts to be revived.
It's with great joy in my heart and cheeks laced with smiles that I encourage you.. (yes, you my dear reader) to also share your own stories. Share your rituals. The rituals from where you originated from. The rituals that have been very helpful for you and your people. Share the natural remedies you've grown up to know. Be inquisitive.. ask the elders around you. Let them tell you about them. Don't hoard this beautiful information. Share them.
For now.. this will be the end of the #LostBeautyArts but the beginning of greater works to reviving the #WellnessArt.

In fact, till we get to the promised land, I shall be waiting for when you'll pass me a glass of water and thank God for the gift of grace for this race.
