LIONHEART

It is an amusing and thought provoking movies I have ever seen. I love the casting and the actors. It is a modern movie that depicts the beauty of Africa both in dressing, atttire, hairstyles and language.

Lionheart is the first Netflix movie from Nigeria. Netflix picked up the movie when it premiered at TIFF [Toronto International Film Festival] and released it worldwide in January 2019. The comedy-drama is directed by its star, Genevieve Nnaji, and the story is very universal and timeless. The story in Lionheart is about a woman working in a male-dominated industry fights to prove her worth. The story also captures the people fighting to make things better. Both men and women – and especially with a focus on how things get better when we all try to work together for the greater good.

I rate the movie 100/10 and I recommend it to all to watch. Check it out on Netflix now!
