Pour the Grateful Bath and Body Oil with Coconut & Vanilla into a warm bath. Soak in the aromatic embrace, letting the oil penetrate deep into your skin, restoring moisture and vitality. In the traditional era, lavender and Rosemary leaves are used to do this.

4. The Shea Healing Ritual

Application of Shea butter for body has a long history of medicinal use, (including wound care) and it use in traditional body care practices. Shea butter is a super-rich ingredient that should be apply daily on the body to prevent wrinkles, stretch mark prevention, blemishes, and even dermatitis. Shea butter is common in natural skin care routines because of its rich vitamin content. It contains vitamins E, A, and F. These vitamins keep your skin healthy by reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Also, they soothe chapped or dry skin.

5. Dry brushing:

Dry brushing involves gently massaging the body with a natural bristle brush to help exfoliate the skin, stimulate the lymphatic system, and increase circulation.
