Frankincense essential oil: It has long been revered for its ability to enhance feelings of well-being. It known for its smooth and luxurious aroma. Like lemon, it can promote positivity and reduce levels of stress, as well as facilitate a calming atmosphere. These potential benefits make it one of our top essential oil recipes.

The extraction and the combination part:

Steam distillation is a common step in this process. During this procedure, steam and pressure combine to draw the natural oils and compounds out of the plants, where they can be preserved in liquid form. Now with the essence of the plant captured in a bottle, you can easily apply its soothing properties to wherever it’s needed most.
The exception in this blend is Lime essential oil, which is produced instead by cold pressing, which involves gently piercing the rind, then pressing the whole fruit to extract both oil and juice. The oil is then separated and bottled or blended with other complementary essential oils.

The combination when you want to use

* 6 drops Frankincense essential oil
* 3 drops Rose essential oil
* 6 drops Lavender essential oil
* 2 drops Lemon essential oil
